We are Big fans of 5 Takes! Our son started his trip this past Feb. '06 in Sydney completing his Masters in International Business out of Univ. of Florida at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Aus. Now that studies are done, travel is ahead. He was in New Zealand (bungy jumping, hiking, sky diving), back in Australia did the scuba diving, surfing, and traveling thing all over Aus. Lived in Coogee Bay with UF student friends until 6/30/06. Now crusing on a sail boat off Byron Bay on a scuba diving trip for three days afterwards, more sky diving and some white water rafting. Mid July he leaves Brisbane on his Asia trip: Tokyo, Japan - Seoul, South Korea - China: Beijing, then by train from Beijing to Shanghai and to Hong Kong. Then flys to Perth, Australia for a stop then flys back to Brisbane Byron Bay area were he hopes to find a job to repenish his funds which will be running dry from his student loans. Then August 31, flys to Maui, Hawaii, living the youth hostel life and again hoping to get a job to make $$$ to continue his journey's. His Mom and I want to be him!
