From one end of the strip to the other there are thrill rides. Don't miss the Nascar roller coaster at Sahara Casino This coaster hits 70 mph in 5 seconds runs to the end stops and then goes back to the beginning.. backwards, this is a fantastic ride. NY NY has replicated a wooden coaster ride with all the bumps and creaks (not to mention seeing the NY skyline in 360). And absolutly don't miss the Stratospheres 3 major thrill rides at the top of the sphere (I have done these once and would have chickened out had the 83 year old man in front of me not egged me on), one shoots you off the top of the sphere and then the other 2 throw you off the side (total thrill). The Adventure Dome behind Circus Circus is a great climate controlled place to spend a hot afternoon or the whole day. there are terrific coasters and thrill rides for all ages.
