Just got back from Vegas. Must see show-Jersey Boys. All seating good, leg room a bit lacking. Great show!- about 2 hours, 20 minutes of the Four Seasons! Nostalgic. At the Palazzo, attached to the Venetian. Also, The Rat Pack is Back, a fun show, a taste of old Las Vegas. Funny, fast paced. At the Plaza, downtown. There is a dinner/show package available. The cast poses with patrons after the show, very friendly! You must see Marilyn Monroe! Scenes of the movie Casino were filmed in or near this casino. Nice little place to eat a great dinner is Robertas, in the El Cortez Hotel and Casino, a little place downtown Las Vegas. Great steaks and prime rib.
Hi, I just returned from Vegas, too! Great time! I saw Phantom at the Venetian, "O" at the Bellagio and Mystere at TI. PHANTOM was out of this world! Better than on Broadway, in my opinion. I also loved Mystere. It was thrilling, great acrobatics and music. "O" was interesting because of the water but I preferred Mystere. Of the three, only Phantom was a full house and I had bought my tickets the day before at one of those discount places on the strip. How that worked was, you choose the section you want to sit in and buy the ticket. Then you go to the theater the morning of the show and choose your exact seats. We had great seats and, as I said, by showtime there were no empty seats left.
Hi! I'm a Vegas local and I've seen a ton of the shows in town. My personal favourite is the Chippendales show. It's a great outing for women of all ages so if you're curious check out the preview on Youtube:
