I have stayed at The Stratsophere, NY NY, Terribles, Golden Nugget and Excalibur. Terribles is a good place to stay if you are doing a lot of running around. They have built a tower since I was there last but it is pretty inexpensive but the walls in the old section are paper thin. The Stratsophere is a liitle better but the location stinks. Use the Trolley when you stay there. The beds at The NY NY were fabulous!!! The Excalibur is very run down, has too many children running around and the players club personnel are very rude. The Golden Nugget is a nice place if you are staying downtown.
