Was reading some of the forums for information on Vegas. My husband and I are leaving Sunday for our 25th anniv. and we are going there. We are staying at the Excaliber and can't wait. Some of what I read makes me scared and others have made me so excited I can't wait to go. Any advice anyone can give me will help. First timer.

Nothing to worry about, you'll have a blast. Take some good walking shoes, a pair or two. To me, one of the best nighttime views is right outside Excaliber facing New York New York and MGM Grand. Have fun!!!

Circus Circus is ok, I know they have done some remodeling on it. If your going there for the first time and just to have fun its a nice place to go Vegas is. I myself won't ever go back its to family oriented now so might as well go to disneyland.

we had a good time in vegas, I think we would have had a better time had my husband not gotten the flu. we had made different plans we wanted to do but that back fired because of him getting sick. we would do a little bit and and then go back to the room to rest. take good shoes to walk in. the hoover dam is reall neat to see. if you go during the summer drink plenty of water, they say it really gets hot out there then. beware of the clickers on the streets for the girlie clubs/naughty clubs/escort services whatever you want to call it. Beware of the time share people they will drive you crazy, don't get suckered into it either. you'll waste your vacation doing it. they just hassle you too much. this was our first time to vegas too, this was my first time to fly on an air plane, and I don't care to get on one anytime soon.
