A small group of us are staying at The Crane the last week of April 2009. Any ideas for activities? I know there's a lot of historic places to see, but what about water activities or something just really cool? Has anyone stayed at the Crane? Can't decide if I want a "regular" room in the historic hotel or go for the private residence. Money can also be an issue.

Also, anything I should know about currency, safety, culture, etc? Aside from Cabo I have never left the country!
