If so much is made here why have so many plants moved to Mexico? We've lost all the textiles and tool making industry, steel industry. They don't make crap here anymore.

You just have to look around a little. It took me a while to find computers made in US still. Check out http://www.polywell.com Some components are from overseas but we can't really do much about that.
