Well the owners of these buildings dont want Taps there. If they debunk anythink there goes their place is haunted gimmick. There for they lose cash as no one will go on their haunted tours.

They would still go, Historic value is far greater than the paranormal value, but as it's been stated by TAPS and various other spirit seeking teams..."Just because we didn't capture any evidence this time, doesn't mean a place isn't haunted, it just means we didn't catch anything."
